Guardrails and Toe Boards for Stage Planks

A stage board only becomes a working platform once it has a rail along the open side and a lip along the edge. The rail is the fall protection and the toe board is what keeps tools, mortar and debris from going over the side onto the crew below, so both go on before anyone works off the plank.

The Titan Aluminum Side Rail System is the whole side in one part. It is sold for one side of the stage and comes with its toe board, in 12, 16, 20 and 24 foot lengths to match the plank you are running. If you are replacing a bent or missing piece rather than fitting out a full side, the Louisville toe boards are stocked on their own in 9 foot and 13 foot lengths, plus a 3-1/2 foot cut length for short spans and inside corners. It is all aluminum, so it stays light enough to handle on the wall and will not rust on the truck between jobs.
