Telescoping Planks for Scaffold Bays and Ladder Jacks
An extension plank telescopes out to the span you actually have, which is what makes it useful on ladder jacks and scaffold bays where the spacing never lines up with a fixed board. One plank covers a range of widths instead of one.
The Titan plank is 14 inches wide, so there is more board to stand on when you are carrying material along it. The Werner adjusts from 8 to 13 feet, which suits ladder jack work and interior spans where a fixed length will not fit, and the Louisville telescoping plank is rated 250 lb for a single worker. All three are aluminum, so they are light enough to hand up a ladder and they will not rot, swell or delaminate if they get left out in the weather.
