The wheel features a durable red polyurethane tread molded onto a cast iron core, providing a smooth, non-marking roll that can support loads up to 2,000 lbs. An integrated total-lock brake secures both the wheel and the swivel simultaneously to prevent unwanted movement while workers are on the platform. This dual-action mechanism is critical for maintaining a stationary, secure work area once the tower is in position.
