The Danger of "Shortcut Culture"
Most construction accidents don't begin with a major mistake.
They begin with a small one.
A step that gets skipped.
An inspection that gets rushed.
A guardrail that gets removed "just for a minute."
A harness that isn't clipped in because the task will only take a few seconds.
