Tube and clamp scaffolding is a very adaptable scaffolding system that can be configured to access almost anything. It is most often used in industrial settings where the scaffolding needs to be configured around machinery, stacks, tanks, etc. It is also useful around buildings with odd shapes, around cantilevers, and in applications where frame scaffolding and other types of scaffolding cannot provide adequate access.
Tube and clamp scaffolding is easy to assemble and only requires a few core components such as tube ends with fittings ranging from 4’ to 16’ in length, various types of clamps and base plates. Vertical tubes are connected to horizontal tubes via clamps. Diagonal tubes are also connected to further strengthen the platform. The horizontal tubes and vertical tubes may be adjusted to any distance apart. While the tube and clamp system may be the most versatile of all scaffolding, it is also one of the most labor intensive to assemble.
We sell high-quality tube and clamp scaffolding made with Q235 galvanized steel that will support the weight you need it to support and will withstand the elements, especially in applications close to the ocean.
